In direct response to this summer’s unprecedented surge of antisemitic incidents, which came as an unwelcome shock, not only to the Jewish Community, but to civil society at large, the Scottish Government has agreed to fund a short-term study of how this has affected the Community.  Click here to read a report.

SCoJeC's Scottish Refugee Week event, "Welcome to Write!" was a great success. "Some came to the workshop to share their migration stories, there were some who wanted to overstep their anxieties in writing, there were also people who wanted to figure out how to build characters, stories and discover other peculiar things about writing. For the first time ever, the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland was today addressed by the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth, who was attending the Assembly as the guest of the Lord High Commissioner, His Grace the Earl of Wessex.  Click here to read a report.
