The audience included, as well as members of the local Orthodox and Liberal Jewish communities, unaffiliated Jews who had perhaps not found a niche in either congregation but still wanted a connection to their roots. They became increasingly appreciative during the course of the evening, and, when a small group of children began to dance very early on in the evening, and their elders soon joined in with enthusiasm! |
